在過年前想要慶祝一下就去了久違的Las Vegas度假. 因為這次住在Bellagio的關係就很自然地來到了房間樓下的Bellagio 吃早午餐. The Buffet at Bellagio在一開幕的時候曾經是Las Vegas最夯的Buffet (那個時候需要等兩三個小時才能吃到晚餐). 現在因為有fast pass的關係, 所以就不太需要等了.

來的時候剛好是中國新年前. Chinese New Year Theme (Year of Sheep).

裡面餐點除了部分的cost-down之外 (沒有King Crab legs), Tuna Poke 不見了...其他還是保有相當的實力.

越南春捲, Spicy tuna handroll (現點現做). 味道普普, 但是勝在有誠意.

Seafood (Chilled) station - prawn during the day/brunch. crab leg in dinner.

Overall: 不是太難吃, 也不會好吃到不行. Very solid. I rank Caesars > Bellagio > Studio B (M resort) > Wynn > Cosmopolitan Wicked Spoon ....
