終於找到時間來更新我的部落格. 這次的更新是介紹日航JL 62 由東京成田 (Tokyo Narita) 到洛杉磯 (Los Angeles)的頭等艙餐點. 日航的頭等艙餐飲採取自由點餐服務. 基本上就是可以混搭你所想要的日式/西式菜餚來享用, 而且可以隨時享用. 負責日航頭等艙日式餐點的是由京都わた亀 (Kyoryori Watakame)餐廳主廚 Mr. Hiroshi Takami 所設計的季節性懷石料理. 負責西式料理的則是由米其林三星餐廳龍吟主廚山本征治來負責. 不管在菜單上的豐富度, 美觀度, 跟實際上的美味程度都勝於我所搭乘過的其他航空公司頭等艙.

和牛真的不是蓋的, 肉質好的沒話說. 在飛機上能夠吃到這種牛肉真的太感動了.
